Our guides are focused on your safety and making you feel at ease while you make your way through our zipline canopy course. Most of the time, our first-timers are ready zip and zoom their way through the course after the first line as it’s so much fun! There are usually up to eight people in a group zipping along tree platforms with two guides. You’re harnessed with state-of-the-art adventure course equipment and each tour is guided by two of our professionally trained guides for the duration of your zipline canopy tour. Every tour includes a training session as well. We want to make sure that you’re comfortable and prepared for the adventure that awaits you!
We use world-class challenge course equipment that’s manufactured by the best in the industry. Our guides are as entertaining and informative as they are professionally trained and tested and they’re ready to help you have a great zipline experience.

We know the information down below isn’t as exciting as our Hilton Head zipline tours, but we want to make sure we’re all on the same page and that everyone comes ready and able to zip. Please take a moment to review our requirements and restrictions!
Participant Requirements – Please read prior to booking!
All participants must be between 80 and 250 pounds and a minimum of 10 years old
Participants age 10-14 years old must be accompanied by an adult. All accompanying adults are charged as paying participants on the tour.
All participants should be in good health, prepared to actively participate, and able to follow guides instructions. (Participants cannot be in casts or splints)
You cannot participate if you are pregnant, have existing injuries, have a known medical condition requiring constant medical attention, or have physical or mental limitations that prohibit you from participating. You also cannot be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Sneakers or hiking shoes are required – they must have laces or Velcro. Slip-ons, flip-flops, sandals, water shoes, Keens, Tevas, Tom’s, Sperry’s, Loafers, Crocs, clogs, and toe-shoes are not allowed.
Hats and visors are not permitted. Longer hair should be tied back for safety.
Long shorts and yoga pants are recommended. Skirts, dresses, and bathing suits are not permitted.
Zipline Hilton Head operates rain or shine so we recommend dressing for the weather!
Zipline Hilton Head Staff reserves the right to remove anyone from the ZipLine Canopy Tour who is unable or unwilling to perform all safety tasks independently, or who is in breach of the safety rules.
